Our Mission
Mountain View Landscape is a family owned and operated company, established in 1999 to provide a better landscaping experience. Founder, Thomas Iacobucci, was committed to giving every customer the information necessary to make smart decisions about their landscaping project. He recognized the need to accommodate each customer’s individual needs, building relationships and providing services that went beyond “full-service”.
Since then, the company has grown to service commercial accounts across the state and residential accounts within 60 miles of its Cromwell, CT location. Mountain View Landscape’s company goal is to create more than just a workplace—we’re building a company people believe in. Snow Shoveler - $20/Hour
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to shovel snow and apply ice melt
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather
- Available for nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable and available when snow and ice events occur
- Previous snow removal experience is a plus, but not required
Snow Sidewalk Crew Leader - $25-30/Hour
Requirements:
- Must be experienced and comfortable operating Ventrac machines, Kubota tractors, Toro snow blowers, and
Kubota UTVs equipped with plows and sanders
- Previous commercial snow removal experience strongly preferred
- Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to safely direct crew members and coordinate equipment
- Knowledge of snow clearing and ice-control procedures
- Strong communication and reliability
- Available for extended shifts, nights, weekends and holidays
- Pay based on experience
Snow Equipment Operator - $25-40/Hour
Requirements:
- Previous heavy-equipment experience preferred
- Experience operating skid steers, loaders, tractors and snow pushers preferred
- Ability to safely operate around vehicles, buildings, curbs and other obstacles
- Commercial snow-removal experience preferred
- Comfortable working extended shifts
- Reliable transportation and flexible storm availability
- Pay based on experience
CDL / Tri-Axle Snow Driver - $25-35/Hour
Requirements:
- Valid CDL and acceptable driving record
- Experience operating tri-axle or similar commercial vehicles
- Ability to safely operate in winter conditions
- Experience hauling snow and/or winter materials preferred
- Flexible availability during snow events
- Dependable and safety-conscious
- Pay based on experience
OPEN POSITIONS
Snow Sidewalk Crew Member - $20-25/Hour
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable operating sidewalk snow-removal equipment, including Ventrac machines, Kubota tractors, Toro snow blowers, and Kubota UTVs equipped with plows and sanders
- Previous snow removal/equipment experience preferred
- Ability to shovel and apply ice melt as needed
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Available for nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable and available for snow and ice events
- Pay based on experience
Snow Plow Driver - $25-35/Hour
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Previous plowing experience preferred
- Comfortable operating a truck with a plow and/or salter
- Ability to safely plow commercial parking lots, roadways and entrances
- Available for extended shifts, nights, weekends and holidays
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Pay based on experience
Experienced Loader Operator - $30-40/Hour
Requirements:
- Prior wheel-loader/heavy-equipment experience required
- Commercial snow-removal experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating large snow pushers
- Ability to safely push, stack and relocate snow
- Comfortable operating around vehicles, curbs, light poles and buildings
- Available for extended and overnight snow events
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Pay based on experience
Snow Site Supervisor - $35-45/Hour
Requirements:
- Strong commercial snow-removal experience
- Previous supervisory or crew-leadership experience
- Knowledge of plowing, equipment operation and deicing
- Ability to direct crews, equipment and site operations
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards throughout an event
- Available throughout entire snow and ice events
- Pay based on experience
